These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PMT Health Care Institution student portal (the "Portal"). By signing in or otherwise using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

1. Eligibility and accounts

Accounts are issued by the institution to registered students and authorised staff. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify the institution immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Academic records and documents

Marks, results, fee balances, clearance status and generated documents reflect the institution's official records. Documents such as proofs of registration and clearance certificates carry a verification code and are the property of the institution. You may not alter, forge or misrepresent any document obtained through the Portal.

3. Fees and payments

Fee balances and payment history shown in the Portal are provided for your convenience. Access to certain services, including results, may be withheld while fees are outstanding, unless an authorised arrangement is in place. Payment obligations are governed by the institution's fee policy.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Portal is also subject to our Terms of Use, which set out permitted and prohibited activities. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend it for maintenance or security. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version always applies, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

6. Limitation of liability

The Portal is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, the institution is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Portal. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
