These Terms of Use set out acceptable use of the PMT Health Care Institution public website and student portal (together, the "Services"). They work alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and do not share your account. Where two-factor authentication is available, you are encouraged to enable it. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose. You must not:

• attempt to access accounts, data or areas you are not authorised to use;
• probe, scan, overload or try to bypass the security of the Services;
• upload or transmit malware, or any unlawful, harmful or offensive content;
• copy, scrape or harvest data from the Services by automated means;
• forge, alter or misrepresent any document, record or communication;
• use the Services to harass, impersonate or defraud any person.

3. Document verification

The public verification tool is provided so employers and institutions can confirm a document is genuine. It must be used only for that purpose and not to gather information about individuals.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, their content and the institution's marks are owned by PMT Health Care Institution or its licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the Services.

5. Availability and suspension

We may change, suspend or withdraw the Services, and we may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms of Use or threatens the security of the Services.
